Step 1: Log In

Getting started is simple! Just click the button with the Google icon to log in. Once you're in, you'll notice new sections of the site become available—like My Stories and Schoolyard.

Step 2: Explore “My Stories”

The My Stories page shows all the stories you've created and the ones you're a member of. Look for the yin-yang symbols:

•   = You're the admin of the story.
•   = You're a member of the story.

Step 3: Dive Into the Schoolyard

The Schoolyard is where the community comes to life! It's divided into three sections:

• Bulletin Board: A public forum where anyone can post.
• Classrooms: Private forums for the stories you're part of—perfect for “Out of Character” (OOC) chats.
• Lunch Table: Your personal activity feed. See what the people you follow are up to—new stories, characters, and posts! To follow someone, click their avatar and hit Follow at the bottom of the pop-up.

Step 4: Joining or Managing a Story

Created a story? Awesome! When someone wants to join, they'll click the yellow button on your story page (where authors and characters are listed). You'll get a message in your inbox where you can Approve or Deny their request. Once you decide, the user will be notified.

Step 5: Socializing

Want to join someone else's story without waiting to be approved? You can do that too! If the story is public, you'll see a blue Join button on their page. Once approved, you'll get access to that story's Classroom, where you can chat with other members, plan posts, or just hang out. It's a great way to get involved and make new friends!
